ORDER PROCESSING
We will endevavour to service your order within 14 days. If you have any concerns please contact us.

RIGHT TO CANCEL
If you are unhappy with the Goods, you have the right to cancel that order within seven working days of our notifying to you our acceptance of your order.

To cancel the order before the Goods are despatched, you must contact us by email or phone before the goods are despatched.

Right of cancellation does not apply where goods are Goods are made to your specification or personalised at your request.

OWNERSHIP OF GOODS
Goods remain the property of Rolys Handmade Chocolates until Rolys Handmade Chocolates has received payment in full for the goods supplied including and carriage or additional costs related to the sale. Only after complete and full payment has been received does ownership of the goods pass from Rolys Handmade Chocolates to the customer.

RISK AND PROPERTY
Risk of damage to or loss of the Goods shall pass to you in the case of Goods to be delivered otherwise than at our premises, at the time of delivery or, if you fail to take delivery of the Goods, the time when we have tendered delivery of the Goods.

Notwithstanding delivery and the passing of risk in the Goods or any other provision of these Conditions, the legal and equitable property in the Goods shall not pass to you until we have received in cleared funds payment in full of the price of the Goods.

Until such time as the property in the Goods passes to you (and provided the Goods are still in existence and have not been resold) we shall be entitled at any time to require you to deliver up the Goods to us and, if you fail to do so forthwith, to enter upon any premises where the Goods are stored and repossess the Goods.

WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY
All goods are subject to manufacturers warranty.

Currently consumers are entitled to goods of satisfactory quality, taking account of any description, the price and other relevant circumstances. If an item has a fault that was present at the time of sale, the consumer can seek redress once it is discovered. However consumers cannot expect a legal remedy in respect of:

1. Fair wear and tear
2. Misuse or accidental damage
3. If they decide they no longer want the item.

GENERAL
We will not liable to you or deemed to be in breach of contract by reason of delay or failure to perform any of the Company’s obligations if the delay or failure to due to act cause beyond our reasonable control.

The Contract and these Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Isle of Man, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Manx Courts.

COMPLAINTS
In the unlikely event that you should have a complaint about any aspect of our service, please contact us immediately at sales@handmade-chocolates.com putting "Complaint" in the subject line. All complaints will be acknowledged - and usually dealt with and resolved - within five UK working days.

All complaints are recorded and are used as a source of information to help us continue to improve our service levels.
