Delivery Rates
All products are displayed within the product catalogue with prices for the UK, Europe and the Rest of the World. These prices include the Postage and Packing for the given delivery region. All prices include post and packing charges.

Delivery Dates
Orders will be dispatched by first class post within 14 days of receipt of the order. In the UK this means normally delivery within 2 days but Europe and Rest of World will take longer. If you require an order to be delivered by a certain date then please specify this date when ordering. All orders for delivery for a certain date need to be placed at least 2 weeks in advance. Please note that we are not able to guarantee delivery for specific dates. During busy periods such as Valentines Day, Mothers Day, Easter and Christmas please ensure that you place your orders early.

Returns and Refunds
Your order should reach its destination in good condition. If this is not so then please contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods. All damaged goods must be returned to the address given on our contact page (postage must be paid by the sender).

On receipt of the damaged goods we will immediately replace them if that is your request or we will credit your credit-card with the amount of the purchase.
